We’re looking for a Solution Consulting (Pre-Sales) leader who can lead our pre-sales
solutioning function to achieve our annual business booking targets. This person will work
closely with top management to chart out the solutioning function that results in driving our
solution capabilities and present them to our future client prospects.
You should have the passion & belief in technology solutions as a key force to drive growth
in an organization
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with decision-makers and senior buyers.
- Confer with customers, prospects, and salespeople to collect requirements
- Determine problem domain and record in design solution documents
- Prepare sales presentations with service offerings, case studies, and proof points.
- Develop solutions for large and complex sales opportunities
- Create solutions leveraging Successive capabilities to address client need
- Develop proposals and pricing models for innovative solutions
- Execute solutions’ presentations, demos and handle scenario sessions with prospect
- Determine technical risk and issues and suggest mitigation option
- Coordinate with Sales, Business Development, and Account Manager to pursue sales cycles
- Lead the global team of Solution Consulting (Pre-sales)
- Develops and delivers outstanding Microsoft presentations and demonstration
- Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solution
- Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business.
- Developing long-lasting and high-quality business relationships with clients by instilling trust and confidence
- Working directly with clients to understand their business strategy, program requirements & processes
- Providing knowledge transfer to the delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to delivery
- Formulation of high-quality bids and proposals
- Developing webinars/marketing material
- Accountable for overall functional & technical workstream pre-sales program design
- 10+ years of total experience, with 4-5 years in pre-sales solution consulting.
- Deep functional knowledge of modern technology stack, solutions & integrations
- Outstanding documentation and communication skills
- Experience in developing creative and client-pleasing solutions to complex business problem
- Exceptional ability and experience in preparation of proposals, responses, and contracts
- Demonstrable Programme level Solution Architect experience
- Relevant industry certifications
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Program Management skills is a plus
