Position Overview:

As the AVP of Technology for our organization, you will be responsible for driving
technology solutioning, delivering training programs, supporting pre-sales activities, and
performing hands-on technical work. Your role will involve leading solution development,
conducting training sessions, leveraging cloud knowledge, and supporting the sales team in
winning new business. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills,
and the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.

Solutioning and Technical Leadership:
  •  Lead the solution process by understanding client requirements and designing
    innovative and scalable technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, solution
    architectures, and project plans.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the solution
    development lifecycle.


Training and Knowledge Sharing:
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the technical capabilities of
    team members and clients.
  • Conduct workshops, seminars, and online training sessions on relevant
    technologies, tools, and methodologies.
  • Share best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to foster
    continuous learning within the organization.


Pre-Sales Support:
  • Support the sales team in pre-sales activities, including client presentations,
    solution demonstrations, and responding to technical queries.
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing
    business operations and suggest appropriate technical solutions.
  • Participate in bid management, RFP/RFI responses, and solution presentations
    to prospective clients.


Hands-on Technical Work:
  • Stay up to date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
  • Apply your technical expertise to develop prototypes, proofs-of-concept (POCs),
    and solution demos.
  • Lead or actively participate in technical development tasks, ensuring high-
    quality deliverables.


Cloud Knowledge and Expertise:
  • Leverage your cloud knowledge (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to design and
    implement cloud-based solutions.
  • Stay updated on cloud best practices, security standards, and cost optimization
  • Collaborate with the cloud engineering team to align solutions with cloud
    architecture and design principles.


Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and
    technology needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to align our solutions with their strategic goals and
    provide technical recommendations.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor and
    technology expert.


Team Leadership and Mentoring:
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of technology
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages
    innovation and knowledge sharing.
  • Support the professional growth and development of team members through
    coaching and feedback.


  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or
    a related field.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in solutions, training, pre-sales, and hands-on
    technical roles.
  • Strong technical background with software development, system architecture,
    and cloud technologies expertise.
  • Experience delivering training sessions and conducting technical workshops.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is
    a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey
    complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
    effectively with internal teams and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound
    decisions based on data and business needs.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to a
    fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to contribute to Discovery phases and Pre-Sales activities as a technical
    and functional SME
  • Awareness of the Content Management and E-commerce technical eco-system
    and commonly used technical stacks.
