To overcome this challenge we developed the Meeting Hub Web Application with different user roles (Customer, Super Admin, Organization Admin, Business Center Admin, and Customer Representative Admin) where the customer has access to book different meeting rooms according to their requirement. The Super Admin has the access to track and manage all the Organizations using the Meeting Hub Platform.
The Organization Admin has the access to manage all the business centers and Meeting Rooms within that organization and Business Center Admin has the access to manage that particular Business Center’s details.
In Meeting Hub, we addressed the inefficiencies and dealt with them by developing a Web Application which makes life easier for many people by automating the entire process of the meeting room bookings.
