With lockdown, clients were looking for online avenues for tax filing. This made us time-bound, and a solution was needed, soon.
Not a streamlined Process
The workflow was not streamlined both between internal management —employees and employees — customers.
Business Solution
We approached Tax Magic with a three-step solution that was divided into Client, Sub Admin, and Admin Levels. With a front end that was easy to navigate for the client and a backend where sub-admins could receive notifications, check and verify forms in a systematic manner — we helped Tax Magic get online. We also added several layers of security and rendered the system user-friendly both for sub-admins and clients.
