It’s Lucknow’s most renowned state University. It operates under the Department of Medical Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh. The university affiliates government and private medical, dental, nursing, and paramedical colleges statewide. It manages academic governance, examinations, affiliations, and administrative processes across an extensive network of colleges and examination centers.

The University needed to establish its administrative and examination infrastructure at scale. Many processes relied on paperwork and disconnected records. Examination evaluation, affiliation, HR, payroll, finance, and communication lacked unified workflows.
