About the Client
The Central Pollution Control Board is India’s apex statutory organization for pollution control and environmental regulation. Operating under the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, CPCB establishes national standards and implements Extended Producer Responsibility frameworks. These frameworks hold producers accountable for collecting, recycling, refurbishing, and responsibly managing waste generated from products introduced into the Indian market.
About the Project
CPCB needed to extend its registration-focused systems into complete digital platforms for battery and tyre waste management. The new portals had to automate certificate generation, statutory returns, environmental compensation, stakeholder audits, and approval workflows. Successive Digital also needed to preserve the existing Laravel and MySQL foundation, meet NIC hosting requirements, and support multiple stakeholders through web and mobile applications.
