About the Client
The organization is a national statutory body responsible for pollution control and environmental regulation. It sets environmental standards and oversees Extended Producer Responsibility frameworks that hold producers accountable for collecting, recycling, refurbishing, and responsibly managing waste from products they introduce to the market.

The organization needed to extend its registration-focused systems into complete digital platforms for battery and tyre waste management. The new portals had to automate certificate generation, statutory returns, environmental compensation, stakeholder audits, and approval workflows.
