About Client
The Northern Regional Load Despatch Centre (NRLDC) is a unit of Grid Controller of India Limited. It oversees the secure and reliable operation of Northern India’s power system. Its responsibilities include real-time grid monitoring, operational planning, and energy scheduling. It also manages power exchanges, disturbance analysis, system studies, and communication infrastructure augmentation.
About the Project
NRLDC relied on an ageing public website and disconnected internal systems. Several employee services and administrative processes remained paper-based. Asset records, visitor entries, budgets, and compliance documents were managed separately.
Operational grid information also lacked interactive visualization. Access controls were inconsistent across departments. Employees needed secure, responsive access across different devices. NRLDC required one platform to improve efficiency, governance, and audit readiness.

Cross-module workflows eliminate repeated data entry. Asset requests connect with tickets, while compliance actions link to assigned tasks and deadlines.

Interactive dashboards present critical grid information clearly. Configurable graphs visualize schedules, DSM statements, transactions, and PMU and RTU availability.
Secure Access
Active Directory supports secure employee authentication. Role-based permissions, mobile OTP, TLS encryption, WAF protection, and activity logs strengthen platform security.
Digital Compliance
A dedicated ISMS and IMS module centralizes compliance records. It manages policies, controls, risks, incidents, certificates, changes, and supporting evidence.
QR-Based Tracking
Barcode and QR capabilities connect physical activities with digital records. They simplify the tracking of assets, library resources, and visitors.
