About this project / challenges
ProcDNA’s estate ran three ways: Azure PaaS, self-managed VMware in a leased Oregon colocation facility, and Azure OpenAI. Provisioning an isolated, auditable environment for every new client took weeks, gating recognised revenue. Fixed on-premises capacity sat idle against 6.4:1 peak-to-average bursts, a $410,000 end-of-life refresh was due, HIPAA audit evidence was assembled by hand, and Gen AI had no second source.
