Our
Offering
Our strategy team assessed the business’s current state of digital maturity and application infrastructure. During the process, our technology experts also provided a comprehensive report demonstrating the areas of immediate improvements and high-performing corners that would result in tremendous digital success.
We helped the client launch an advanced citizen engagement and utility billing solution, “UtilityConnect.” This involved creating an interactive user interface and features that help governments, municipalities, and private utilities improve citizen engagement and payment experiences. The idea of creating this solution was to assist administrators with billing and collections management while providing citizens with an intuitive portal to view and pay bills.
We integrated Strapi APIs in combination with third-party onboarding services to streamline the initial configuration and data management process. This also enabled seamless creation of separate collections, empowering our client to set up independent content authoring for each created collection. Using Strapi also expedited their municipality onboarding, as it allowed for easy customization of pages with municipality-specific details like name, logo, and other branding elements.
Additionally, we utilized the i18n plugin of this CMS platform to support multiple locales and integrated AWS EC2, CloudFront, RDBMS, Lambdas, Octopus, Jenkins, and Cognito to build a modernized, cloud-native architecture. This helped streamline the content creation and delivery process, allowing the client to build a more responsive and personalized digital payment experience.
Strapi’s static asset management with AWS S3 ensured efficient storage and rapid retrieval of digital assets. This seamless collaboration improved the process of data storage, enabling our team to build a scalable, streamlined, high-performing content delivery system for the client.
Beyond helping the client with application modernization, we also helped them build and integrate new payment options such as “Auto Pay” and “Text and Pay.” The new payment option removes friction from the autopay enrollment process and improves the citizen experience.
