Mandatory Skills:

• Expertise with configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, AWS Cloud Formation and CI & CD using Jenkins & Octopus Deploy, TeamCity build tool, and cloud architecture AZURE, AWS, VMWare, Docker, Kubernetes, TFS & GIT.
• Extensive Hand-On knowledge on AWS Administration, EC2, ECS, ELB, ECS, Route53, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda.
• Extensive Hand-On knowledge of PowerShell & Bash Shell Scripting. Additional Technology knowledge like .Net Core.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• The Senior Cloud Engineer is responsible for engineering activities for automation within the Cloud Centre of Excellence. You will be involved in the development and delivery of automation assets.
• The position is for an experienced Automation Engineer with sound knowledge of development and has good exposure to cloud computing, infrastructure virtualization and compute platforms.
• Participate in the design of service automation in the cloud.
• Hands-on leader built and managed the team of DevSecOps and Cloud Infrastructure architects & engineers.
• Experience in architecting and designing technical solutions for AWS centric solutions based on industry standards using IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS capabilities.
• Experience building and supporting mission-critical technology components with DR capabilities.
• Expert knowledge in AWS Micro Services, Containerization, Kubernetes Services, Serverless Architecture, Migration & DevOps.
• Must have experience working with clients from US/UK.
• Has majorly worked in solution/tech & has Enterprise Architect experience.
• Experience with multi-tier system and service design and development for large enterprises.
• Experience with Cloud Transformation/Optimization or Cloud Migration (Lift-Shift or Lift Tinker-Shift, App Modernize (Monolith to Microservices) projects with Enterprise customers in a multi-region, multi-availability zone heterogeneous cloud environment.
• Ability to provide technical training and guidance to members. Experience with configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible, DSC, Puppet, Chef, Salt, etc.
• Interface obtaining and processing requirements to transform application delivery for the cloud in an agile fashion.
• Drive orchestration in the cloud using Infrastructure-as-code while providing self-service capabilities to the Cloud Ops team.
• Create and maintain self-service automation capabilities for the existing infrastructure.
• Review commonly occurring issues, identify the pattern, and design the solution aligned with the framework, develop the solution to automate recurring issues.
• Design and build a Cloud Automation framework to accommodate subsequent automatable solution.
