Implementation (Two-week Scrums)
Implementation as per the defined project plan in the form of two-week scrums, demo product increment after every sprint, teams collaborate to complete the overall scope and backlog.
Hardening and SIT
End-to-end integration testing, regression testing performance, and security testing, to get the application ready for UAT.
UAT & Cut Over
Clients perform the User Acceptance Testing, supported by defects fixed by our team, in parallel, a cutover plan is created for launch.
Launch and Support
Final deployment of application and delivery of code to the client with and plan for warranty and support kick off.
