The client is one of India’s leading lifestyle brands and the world’s second-largest wearable manufacturer, renowned for its innovative audio and smart wearable products. Over the past few years, the brand has established a strong presence on major marketplaces, including Amazon and Flipkart, while strategically expanding into Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channels to enhance customer engagement and retention.

About this project

We transformed the client’s Direct-to-Consumer business by modernizing their digital commerce foundation and enhancing how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase products across devices. Although a market leader in audio and wearables, their D2C platform lacked the speed, stability, and conversion performance needed for growth. We delivered a full-scale transformation using Shopify headless and a MACH-aligned stack, improving performance, user experience, order workflows, SEO, and scalability, driving stronger conversions and increased D2C revenue contribution.
